How It Works

Head-to-Head

The last five meetings between the two teams are reviewed. Results and margins are checked against the current line.

Recent Form

The last five matches for each team. Goals scored, goals conceded and current run of results.

League Standings

Where each team sits in the table. Points gap and home or away record.

Line Value

The handicap and total lines are checked against the data. If the value is not there, no pick is posted.

Published

The pick goes live with the selection, odds at time of posting and a confidence rating.

Settled

When the match ends, the result is recorded automatically. Nothing is edited after kick-off.

Why AH and O/U

Asian Handicap and Over/Under are the two markets EightOdds covers. No other markets are used.

Asian Handicap removes the draw from the match. Every bet settles as a win or a loss. It is the most common way to bet on football across Asian markets and usually offers better value than a standard win-draw-win bet.

Over/Under is a bet on total goals. It does not depend on which team wins. That makes it a separate angle on the same match.

Picks come from leagues across Europe, Asia and South America. There is no single league focus. Leagues covered include:
