EightOdds respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are.
What Data We Collect
We collect minimal data. Here is what we may hold:
- Usage data — EightOdds collects aggregated information about how the website is used, such as pages visited, approximate location, device type and browser type. EightOdds does not use this information to identify visitors by name. If you accept optional Google Analytics cookies, Google may process cookie-based online identifiers and related usage information as described in Google's privacy documentation.
- Cookie and storage data — see the Cookies and Browser Storage section below.
EightOdds does not operate visitor accounts and does not ask ordinary website visitors for names, phone numbers, payment details or dates of birth.
How We Use Your Data
We use aggregated usage data to understand how people use the site, to improve our content and to measure how affiliate links perform. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
Cookies and Browser Storage
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. EightOdds uses the following:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — EightOdds uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure general website traffic and performance without placing analytics cookies on your device. This runs whether or not you accept optional analytics cookies.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — only if you accept optional analytics cookies. These are then enabled to help us understand website usage and affiliate-link performance, and they place cookies such as _ga and _ga_* on your device. They are not loaded before you accept.
- Session storage — EightOdds uses temporary session storage to remember your detected country during your browsing session and display relevant regional content.
- Local storage — we use local storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics cookies. These preferences remain in your browser until they are changed or deleted.
Your Choices
You can accept or reject optional analytics cookies through the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer. If you withdraw consent, we remove the Google Analytics cookies set for this website. Rejecting optional analytics cookies does not affect your access to EightOdds. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
Affiliate Links
When you click an affiliate link, EightOdds redirects you to the relevant third-party betting site using an affiliate link. EightOdds does not currently place a separate affiliate-tracking cookie through this redirect. That betting site may use cookies or other tracking technologies after you reach its website, subject to its own privacy and cookie policies. EightOdds may receive aggregated reports concerning clicks, registrations or qualifying activity.
Third-Party Sites
EightOdds contains links to third-party betting sites and casinos. When you click through to one of these sites, you leave EightOdds. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data, and we do not control the cookies or data practices of third-party betting websites. Each third-party site has its own privacy policy. We recommend you read it before signing up.

- Ask us to delete any personal data we hold
